To make Darjeeling Orthodox Tea, begin by placing tea leaves in the teapot. Pour hot water at around 80°C over the leaves and let it steep for 2-3 minutes to bring out the flavor. Once steeped, strain the tea into your cup. If desired, add honey for sweetness, then serve hot for a comforting cup of tea.
