To prepare Cold Aid Tea, start by adding tea leaves to the teapot. Pour hot water at about 80°C over the leaves and let it steep for 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to infuse. After steeping, strain the tea into your cup. You can add honey to taste, then serve the tea hot for a soothing, healthy drink.
